About Dr. Anavekar

Dr. Namrata Anavekar is a Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). She obtained her medical degree at Monash University, graduating with honours.

Dr. Anavekar secured a position in Victoria's plastic surgical training program — with rotations through St. Vincent's Hospital, The Royal Children's, The Alfred, and The Austin — gaining extensive experience across the full spectrum of plastic surgical procedures.

Upon completing her training, she undertook an overseas fellowship in Switzerland and France, focusing on maxillofacial surgery, head and neck surgery, rhinoplasty, and aesthetic surgery.

During this time, she had the privilege of working with internationally renowned surgeons, including Pr. Bernard Devauchelle and Pr. Sylvie Testelin — the team responsible for performing the world's first face transplant.

Dr. Anavekar is a current serving Board Member of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

She founded Evolve Plastic Surgery & Skin Clinic in 2018, consulting in Bulleen and Sunbury, bringing world-class expertise and a deeply personalised approach to every patient.
